Learn to design and embroider your own patches with Local Artist, Cindy Gutierrez-Krapp. Stop by the EPMA Store for a night of patch making with our custom kits for purchase. The event is free, patch kits $30 each (limited quantity) or bring your own embroidery materials. Please RSVP: EPMAStore@elpasotexas.gov
